This is a vending machine in Japan. One morning last summer, I was standing in front of it, and I heard somebody talking to me, so I turned around but there was nobody.. I looked around. It was this vending machine. There is a screen at the centre, trying to catch people’s attention. I was amazed by it first but, right away, thought it is too much just for a vending machine. Now vending machines have advanced technologies such as that you can buy items with your cell phone (you pay later with your phone bill) and this screen but I don’t buy anything from vending machines anymore, I used to when I was little because I thought it was like a magical box and coolest thing in the world. Now I know that all the beverages are over priced and I prefer drinking at cafes or at home. I feel little sorry for these vendies sometimes but their golden age might be over…BUT I am actually interested in what kind of crazy technology they come up with next!

this is funny cause my friend just moved to downtown and there is a vending machine in her building we were laughing at the other day… they not only have pop for sale, but everything else u might need or run out of and not have to go to the store! toothbrushes, soap, detergent, bandaids, aspirin etc! name it and its in there… right next to the pop!
Hahah, I have never seen that kind. I would like too! For me, I would mostlikely forget about the handy vendy and run down to LondonDrugs anyways.
